Withdrawal fees may apply depending on payment method and transaction amount.
pgs500 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Deposits and withdrawals involving different payment methods may trigger enhanced due diligence. We reserve the right to refuse suspicious transactions, report unusual activity to relevant authorities, and request source of funds documentation for large transactions. Accounts found engaging in money laundering activity will be permanently closed and funds frozen pending investigation.
All bets are final once confirmed. Maximum bet limits apply per game type and account status. We reserve the right to refuse or limit bets at our discretion. For sports betting markets including football, basketball, tennis, and other sports, official results from governing bodies determine settlement. If a match is postponed, bets remain valid for 48 hours; after 48 hours, bets are void and stakes refunded. Abandoned matches are settled according to official league rules. Live betting ("in-play") accepts bets until markets are suspended. Cash-out feature availability depends on event and market type. Mix parlay combination bets require all selections to win; one void selection reduces the parlay to remaining selections.
All casino games and slots use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently tested for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages. Maximum win limits apply to progressive jackpot games. Game malfunctions void all affected bets and pays. Irregular play patterns including but not limited to bet pattern exploitation, bonus abuse, and coordinated play may result in bet voidance and account closure. Live dealer games follow standard international casino rules with decisions by dealers being final.
For togel (Indonesian numbers lottery) markets, results are determined by official draw outcomes from Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and other listed markets. Draw times are published on the platform and may vary by market. Bets placed after market closing time are void. Winning payouts are calculated according to the specific bet type (2D, 3D, 4D, colok bebas, colok naga, macau). In the event of draw cancellation or technical issues preventing official results, all bets are void and stakes refunded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pgs500 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of Services including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the preceding 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; in such cases, these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of pgs500 Services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration laws. Any arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the English or Indonesian language. You waive any right to pursue disputes through class action litigation. pgs500's decision on all game-related disputes is final and binding.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pgs500 is licensed. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms or your use of Services shall be brought exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. pgs500 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or at our sole discretion. Upon termination for cause, we may forfeit your account balance and withhold any winnings. Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be charged an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month until the balance reaches zero.
By creating an account, you consent to receive communications from pgs500 via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages regarding your account, transactions, promotions, and service updates. You may opt out of marketing communications but cannot opt out of essential service communications. Official notices will be sent to your registered email address and are deemed received 24 hours after sending.
